What does this mean for Disbursements?
Although SureFund™ will be available for preparation of deals and collaboration, payouts cannot be disbursed on that day. It is recommended that the appropriate per diems be applied to all disbursements.
Special Note on deals closing on Friday, May 16
Any disbursements marked for payment on the next business day (including wire payments) will be processed on Tuesday, May 20. For deals with cheque payments, courier deliveries should be expected to arrive on Tuesday, May 20. Please be sure to add appropriate per diems.
